NutraGenetics & Dr. Andrew Myers
NutraGenetics was founded in 2004 with my then partners, Nobel Laureate in Medicine, Dr. Louis Ignarro and supplement industry pioneer, Dave Brubaker, co-founder of Leiner Health Products.
The original mission of NutraGenetics was to translate Nobel Prize winning research into nutritional products. That mission quickly expanded to a broad array of product development opportunities that included nutritional supplements, sports nutrition products and functional foods. Our mandate remains that all product development efforts are to be based in solid science that will ensure efficacy and real benefits.
NutraGenetics has continued to evolve and our services now include strategic product development, scientific storyline development, research coordination and even turnkey product solutions.
Wellness is not simply the absence of disease. Wellness is an alignment and a balance that comes from the decisions we make each day with regards to our health.
Our bodies have innate healing powers that can be activated with positive behaviors. Those behaviors include eating healthy foods, exercising our bodies and our minds as well as making sure we are fulfilling our nutritional requirements.
As a successful naturopathic physician, Dr. Myers is passionate about creating solutions to the world's prominent health problems by combining the artfulness of natural medicine with the science of the human body. He has a unique ability to take complex health issues and simplify them, bringing about an understanding that health and wellness are attainable for every individual.
Dr. Myers has been in private medical practice since 1992. He is a graduate of Bastyr University and completed his residency at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health.

Dr. Myers formulates complete nutritional lines for global companies and has developed many successful products. He has authored patents ranging from arthritis and weight management to cardiovascular care and pet nutrition.
Acting as coordinator for a number of clinical trials, Dr. Myers evaluated the effectiveness of natural products in the treatment of obesity, prostate disease and cardiovascular concerns.
Appearing in numerous forms of media, Dr. Myers has made repeat appearances on QVC both in the United States and the United Kingdom.
